Creamy Chicken Gyro

I’ve made chicken gyro’s before and they were friggin awesome. This creamy chicken gyro dish was created because I had leftover chicken gyros and a fresh pot of Greek yoghurt.

It’s really simple to make…

Using the chicken from the chicken gyros, chilli flakes, peppers, a 500ml pot of Greek yoghurt, half a chopped courgette and cracked black pepper – see simple!

Lush with pasta or rice, or one better with a crusty roll to dip into. Quick, easy and delicious.
